Hi Everyone & Welcome New Subscribers,

Today was quite a bit less eventful, but likely necessary for the overall markets to move higher, as many stocks closed down, digesting the gains they’ve made over the past week or two. With a bull market like this, we are seeing many OTC stocks move higher, which in our opinion, is a direct reflect that more people are willing to put more at risk as their true investments grow. It only makes sense.

GNBT – Accumulation Breakout – (Generex Biotechnology Inc.) – closed up 59.50%, at .0638c a share, on over 41.7 million shares traded today. The stock closed not far off of it’s .0645c high of day, and momentum was strong through the entire session. GNBT followed a similar pattern that AMBS did, both saw a nice move up before then trading sideways, and than broke out much higher. Our accumulation watch’s equate in layman’s terms to: “someone is holding the price up for some reason, and as long as the price remains above “X” price, it could move much higher”. Such was the case in both GNBT and AMBS, both of which reside in the extremely hot bio-tech sector. Look for GNBT to move higher tomorrow and congratulations to those who played.

GSPT  Continued Volume/Momentum – (Terralene Fuels Corp.) closed up 32.67%, at .0199c a share, on over 13.6 million shares traded today. The stock traded lower most of the morning, and part of the afternoon, before catching late day momentum and closing .0001c off of it’s .02c high of day. With all that was going on yesterday, we almost forgot to mention how hard it’s been to find an “Xtreme” Pick that hasn’t gone up two days in a row. As we stated last night, which may be more important for mid-term players, their last alert EKNL moved over 1500% from their announcement over the course of several weeks. Keep GSPT on your extended watch.

SWVI  Continued Accumulation – (Swingplane Ventures Inc.) – closed up 1.98%, at .361c a share, on over 9.4 million shares traded today. The stock has quietly moved up this week after other promotions like ECAU and GSPT have stolen the show. Today seemed like more of a consolidation day than the rallies we have seen the past two, and will be interesting to see what happens first – another pop or another drop? Keep it on close watch for volume either way.

MJNA  Continued Momentum – (Medical Marijuana Inc.) closed up 8.70%, at .175c a share, on over 19.9 million shares traded today. The stock traded higher almost the entire day, after breaking and holding above major resistance at .16c that we have talked about regularly this month on our blog. With resistance clear, it looks like MJNA could have it’s sights on .20c tomorrow, and a quarter before you know it. Keep it on your extended watch list.

Happy Trading!
